for Kubota b7510:
Looking for a back blade. Probably use in reverse as well. 5-ft or 6-ft? Most rotate a few positions left to right of course. Importance of being able to rotate horizontal also such as Rankin RBM60? Curious about pricing differences between the ones that rotate both ways and ones that don't. Currently using 48" box scraper. Outside to outside at rear tires is 54".

ao, we have different sized tractors, but needs are needs. I bought a simple, basic rear blade for my GC2300 for $250. It's a Leinbach Line 5-footer. I would think you could easily handle a 6-foot or bigger(?). Mine has 3 positions each front and rear facing, which is handy. In hindsight (which seems to be how I learn a lot), I would have paid more for a blade with tilt and offset capability. We live and learn (hopefully)...

Agent orange depends on what you need it for. For dirt and snow the woods 60" medium duty blade it the best. It can tilt and angle. Plus spin completely around without removing from the tractor. If just for snow then the 72" version. I have the 60" and it works great of my B7500. The woods has a very heavy duty pivot point not found on most tractor supply specials. The 72" is a little too much blade for dirt work for the B7500 or 7510. I use the 60" in the dirt for grading ditches. ....

I just traded off my 5 footer because the only way to offset it was to unbolt the blade and move it. It was a Rankin design and sized to the 7500/4100 class of tractor.
Since I have a slightly bigger machine now I figured I could use a 6 footer. I planned to buy a King Kutter with a sliding offset from the box store, but I couldn't get past the shoddy workmanship. It was pretty bad.
So I spent a lot more money on a Rankin/Gearmore 6 foot blade with a beam swing offset. I haven't put it in the dirt yet but I can tell you the quality (other than the paint) is top notch.

Got a Bush Hog 35-06 for $449. Has tilt feature.
If it feels too big I'll just take 6" off each end.
So far OK for gravel spreading.
Maybe too much drag for my 7510 cutting dirt.
We'll see.

The HP requirements are somewhat manageable by taking smaller bites, going slower etc. The length is a trade off between how much angling is needed and still cover the tire tracks and the awkwardness of a long blade. A 5' blade won't angle much and still cover 4.5' tracks but it might still be enough. ....

Tilt, angle and offset are all different features. Most blades will tilt and angle. Adding the offset feature raises the price. ....

Then of course if it's too long I'll cut off the ends. The price was for the 5'-0" and he sold me the 6 cuz he was out of 5's.

Used a 60" for final cleaning of snow on a gravel drive. Even with the 7800, the angled blade tended to push the back end of the tractor opposite the blade angle. Weight of the machine and type tires are a consideration along with horsepower or torque. ....
